Changing Your Deal Option After Purchase

While it's not possible to swap deal options after purchase, if you'd like a different deal option than the one you selected, you can cancel your order (if it's eligible to be canceled—check our cancellation policy and your deal's Fine Print) and complete a new purchase for the deal option you'd prefer.

To see if your order is eligible for cancellation, visit Customer Support on the web or mobile app. Select your order, and if it's eligible, you'll see the option to Cancel Order.

Note: If you purchased multiple Groupons in the same order, you'll need to cancel each one individually.
