Confirming Your Groupon Getaways Reservation and Checking In

If You Booked Your Dates on Groupon 

There's nothing further you need to do after your purchase is confirmed and your dates are booked.

  • The dates of an existing reservation cannot be modified.
  • If the Fine Print states the deal is nonrefundable or final sale, you will not be able to modify or cancel your booking.

If the offer is still available for purchase, and if allowed by the Fine Print, you can cancel your booking before the cancellation deadline and make a new reservation. Learn How to Cancel an Order.

If You Booked Through the Merchant

If you didn't see a calendar on the deal page when you purchased, you'll need to contact the merchant before the book by date in the Fine Print.

What You'll Need at Check-In

For all Groupon Getaways, the hotel will require that a valid photo ID and a valid credit card be provided at check-in. The name on the photo ID presented must match the traveler's name provided at booking.

Tip: Special requests can be made directly with the merchant prior to check-in. Groupon cannot guarantee that these requests will be fulfilled.

Check-In Troubleshooting

In general, please allow 24–48 hours from the time of booking for Groupon Getaways reservations to be sent over and uploaded into the hotel's system.
