Coronavirus Update

Alongside our customers and the small businesses we work with, our team here at Groupon continues to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic as it evolves. We remain committed to the safety of our community while also looking ahead to help reconnect people with the businesses they love when they're able. To that end, here are some of the ways we're working to help customers through these uncertain times:

  • We've worked with many of our merchants to extend the expiration dates so that you can hold on to your Groupon and show up when you can. Learn how to see if your voucher has been extended here.
  • If you’re unable to use your local Groupon, you may also be able to cancel it and receive Groupon Bucks equal to the amount you paid to be used on future experiences. To find out how, see our Cancellation FAQ.

If you wish to contact us, please understand that our Support team has been impacted and we are experiencing delays. Also note that our Support team will provide the same resolution as you have available with the Self-Service features offered in our Help Center.
