Groupon Goods Marketplace Return Policy

Each Groupon Goods Marketplace merchant will list their return policy in the deal's Fine Print.

If your Groupon Goods Marketplace item is eligible for return, you'll need to contact the merchant directly. The merchant will initiate your return and send you a return label upon request. To contact the merchant, follow the steps listed below.

  1. Make sure you're signed in and head to our Customer Support page.
  2. Select the order you have a question about.
  3. Under your order details will be a search bar. Use this to search for your issue.
  4. A number of help articles will then surface. Select the title that best matches your issue.
  5. Beneath the article is a link that says "Still need help?" Select this.
  6. You'll then be presented with the option to email the merchant. Select that option and fill out the form onscreen.
  7. After you submit your email, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see this email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. Please allow 72 hours for the merchant’s response.

Once the merchant has confirmed that they've received your item, Groupon will issue your refund to your original form of payment. Please allow 2–3 weeks after your return has been received for your refund to be issued.
