Problem with a Delivered Item

We’re sorry to hear this product wasn’t what you expected.

Groupon Goods Marketplace items are sold by independent third-party vendors through our website. If the product you received was damaged, incomplete, or unsatisfactory in any way, you'll need to reach out directly to the merchant. Here's how:

  1. Make sure you're signed in and head to our Customer Support page.
  2. Select the order you have a question about.
  3. Under your order details will be a search bar. Use this to search for your issue.
  4. A number of help articles will then surface. Select the title that best matches your issue.
  5. Beneath the article is a link that says "Still need help?" Select this.
  6. You'll then be presented with the option to email the merchant. Select that option and fill out the form onscreen.
  7. After you submit your email, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see this email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. Please allow 72 hours for the merchant’s response.
