Shipping Delays

We’re sorry for any delays in your shipment. Sometimes, orders show up after the estimated delivery date. In the event that your order is delayed or you’re unable to find your package after it’s been delivered, please read ahead for help with your shipment.

If the delivery window has passed

If you haven’t received your order or a tracking update after the delivery window listed in the deal's Fine Print has passed, please reach out directly to the merchant for further support.

To contact the merchant, follow the steps listed below.

  1. Make sure you're signed in and head to our Customer Support page.
  2. Select the order you have a question about.
  3. Under your order details will be a search bar. Use this to search for your issue.
  4. A number of help articles will then surface. Select the title that best matches your issue.
  5. Beneath the article is a link that says "Still need help?" Select this.
  6. You'll then be presented with the option to email the merchant. Select that option and fill out the form onscreen.
  7. After you submit your email, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see this email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. Please allow 72 hours for the merchant’s response.

If your tracking says "delivered" but you can't find your item

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it:

  • Verify the shipping address you entered at checkout
  • Check for a notice of attempted delivery
  • Check around the delivery location for a secure location the carrier may have placed the package
  • Check with any family, neighbors, or receptionists who may have accepted the package on your behalf.

If you’re still unable to find your package, please contact the carrier directly as they may have additional information about your shipment.

Tips

  • Some deals do not automatically ship after you check out on Groupon. In order to receive your items, you will need to visit the merchant’s website to finish placing your order.
  • If you placed your order through the merchant’s website, please reach out to their support team directly for updates on your shipping status.
