The Groupon Select Student Program (the "Groupon Select Student Program") is a promotional program made available by Groupon to students at a U.S. Title IV accredited institution located in the United States who meet additional qualifications described below (“Qualifying Student”). Qualifying Students are entitled to receive from time to time certain promotional offers, including but not limited to, a discount of twenty-five percent (25%) off of purchases on Groupon.com and the Groupon mobile app, subject to restrictions and conditions described below for six (6) months, and thereafter fifteen percent (15%) off of purchases on Groupon.com and the Groupon mobile app, subject to restricitions and conditions described below (“Discount Offer”).

To join the Groupon Select Student Program, you must have a Groupon account and also submit information sufficient for Groupon to verify that you are a Qualifying Student, such as your name, valid educational institution, date of birth or other documents used to qualify you to the Groupon Select Student Program (“Qualifying Information”). By submitting Qualifying Information, you (i) consent to Groupon sharing the Qualifying Information with SheerID, Inc., (ii) consent to SheerID, Inc. sending Groupon confirmation of your student status, (iii) accept these Groupon Select Student Program Terms and Conditions; (iv) consent to Groupon using your submitted information in accordance with our Privacy Statement; and (v) agree to the Groupon Terms of Use. Groupon reserves the right to determine if you are a Qualifying Student in its sole discretion. Groupon and SheerID, Inc. will store your name, educational institution name, date of birth and email address and use such for verification services.

Enrollment in the Groupon Select Student Program expires after twelve (12) months and in order to continue to be in the Groupon Select Student Program after such period, you must re-submit your information on the Groupon Select Student Program sign-up page to verify that you are still a Qualifying Student.

Participation in the Groupon Select Student Program is limited, while supplies last. Groupon reserves the right to modify or terminate this Groupon Select Student Program at any time and for any reason. If terminated, Groupon shall not be obligated to redeem any further Discount Offers or other promotional offer granted under the Groupon Select Student Program. By participating in the Groupon Select Student Program, you are also agreeing to the Groupon Terms of Use found at groupon.com/terms and the Groupon Privacy Statement found at groupon.com/privacy.
