• Visit My Groupons via the web or mobile app.
• Find your order.
• Select Track Package.

Most Groupon Goods Marketplace items ship within 2 business days and arrive within 3–6 business days. Once your item ships, we'll send you a confirmation email.

Note: We cannot guarantee any shipment or delivery windows, and some deals have different shipment windows; check the Fine Print for the estimated delivery.

Tracking Statuses

• Processing Order: Your purchase is complete and being sent to the merchant.
• Preparing to Ship: Your item is packed and ready to be shipped.
• In Transit: Your item is traveling to your local postal service.
• Out for Delivery: Your neighborhood package-delivery service is getting ready to place your item on your doorstep.
