Troubleshooting a Gift Order

If you’re having trouble with your Groupon gift order, check below for some common issues and solutions. Please note that only the person who purchased the gift will be able to request or receive a refund. Our standard Refund Policy also applies to gift purchases.

Cancelling a Gift

  • You can cancel a Groupon Goods Marketplace order until it's been processed for shipment by logging in to customer support on our website or mobile app and selecting Cancel next to the order (unless stated otherwise in the Fine Print).
  • For Local deals, Groupon Getaways, and GrouponLive, our standard Cancellation Policy applies. To cancel a gift order, contact customer support below.

Resending a Gift

If your gift recipient didn't receive the email containing their Groupon, you can still find the voucher in your account and either email it to them yourself or print it out and deliver it to them.

  1. Head to My Groupons.
  2. Select View Details next to the order.
  3. Select View Voucher.
  4. Print out the Groupon that appears, or download it and attach the file in an email. If you're on the app, take a screenshot.

Returning a Gift

The purchaser of the order will need to contact us for assistance returning a gift. Any credit will be processed to the purchaser’s account.
