"Organizing the party was easy. Daphne was very informative and presented the wines in a way we could understand the different tastes. One problem was she ordered more bottles than were actually ordered and my credit card was charged for them all. When I asked for an invoice, she said it would be in the box with the wines. He began with introductions, a snack mix and cold water, as we sat around a wooden palette table in the distillery's gravel yard.
