Canceling an Order

  1. Go to Customer Support.
  2. Select the order you want to cancel.
  3. If your order is eligible for self-service, you'll see an option to Cancel Order.
  4. Follow the steps provided to complete cancellation.

Note: If you don't see Cancel Order, your order may still be eligible for a refund. Check out When You Can Get a Refund.

Good to Know

  • If you purchased multiple Groupons in the same order, you'll have to cancel each Groupon individually.
